  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 lb egg noodles Use gluten-free egg noodles if needed.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Optional; for extra richness.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley Optional; adds color and freshness.

Preparation
  1. In your slow cooker, toss in the beef tips along with the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth.
  2. Give everything a good stir to ensure the beef is well-coated.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is meltingly tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before you plan to eat, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  5. Once done, drain the noodles and serve those rich beef tips over the top.
  6. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with fresh parsley for that lovely touch.
