Preparation
  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.

  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, making sure every piece is coated.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Set your crockpot to low and allow it to cook for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded.
  6. Once it's ready, serve the chicken and gravy over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
