  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes Substitute with your favorite small potatoes if unavailable.
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the beef stew meat on one half of the crockpot.
  2. Arrange baby Yukon gold potatoes on the other side.
  3. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over both sides.
  4. Gently toss the beef to ensure even coating with the seasonings.
  5. Top the beef and potatoes with chopped garlic.
  6. Distribute the butter pads over the dish.
  7. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  8. Once cooked, spoon the garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes before serving.

Notes
