Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the ingredients by halving the baby potatoes if they are not already.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes to the crockpot, ensuring they are evenly placed at the bottom.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended.
  5. Pour the garlic-parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes, making sure everything is well coated.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, remove the lid and gently stir the mixture to combine the flavors.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
