  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to swap for another cheese if desired.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
  3. Spoon equal portions of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to keep the filling inside.
  5. Place the wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Monitor closely as cooking times may vary based on your air fryer.
  7. Once done, let them cool slightly before cutting them in half.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
