  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Use chicken breasts of even thickness for uniform cooking.
  • 2 cups Uncooked Pasta (Penne or Bowties) Feel free to substitute other pasta types.
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce A homemade version can be made with butter, cream, and Parmesan.
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Sprinkle on top before the final baking for a cheesy finish.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Season to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Season to taste.

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  3. Evenly add your uncooked pasta over the chicken.
  4. Pour the Alfredo sauce and water over the mixture, ensuring everything is well covered.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper, then gently stir to combine.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 40-45 minutes until the pasta is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. If you enjoy a cheesy topping, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, return to the oven uncovered, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
