- In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic, stirring until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, stir in the long-grain rice, letting it absorb the flavors for about a minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper, tasting as you go. Stir gently to combine.
