Preparation
  1. In your slow cooker, combine the beef bites and halved potatoes.
  2. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  3. Add the garlic butter on top—don’t hold back!
  4. Cover the slow cooker and choose your cooking time: six to eight hours on low or three to four on high.
  5. Once cooked, give it a gentle stir to blend those mouth-watering flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
