Ingredients
  

For the dough
  • 1 cup biscuit mix Can substitute with self-rising flour and baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing on top
For the cheese filling
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened Can substitute with soft goat cheese or ricotta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. In another bowl, blend the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and seasonings together.
Assembly
  1. Grab a small piece of dough, flatten it in your palm, and then place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
  2. Carefully fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal it tightly.
  3. Arrange the cheese bombs on a lined baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between each one.
  4. Brush the tops with the melted butter for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re gloriously golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
