  • 1 cup riced cauliflower or regular rice Depending on your preference.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Butter makes everything better!
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving A must for that zing!
