  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons Feel free to substitute with other vegetables.
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For searing the steak.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt To season the steak.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper To season the steak.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels to achieve the perfect sear.
  2. Generously sprinkle the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Cooking
  1. Lay the steak bites in a single layer in the hot skillet and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for approximately 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together to coat each piece in garlic butter.
  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the steak is warmed through.
  6. If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
