Preparation
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels to achieve the perfect sear.
- Generously sprinkle the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Cooking
- Lay the steak bites in a single layer in the hot skillet and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for approximately 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together to coat each piece in garlic butter.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the steak is warmed through.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
