Preparation
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.

Serve hot, right out of the skillet. Enjoy on their own, over rice or mashed potatoes, or in soft taco shells with your favorite toppings. For added richness, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
