Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Use your hands or a spoon to mix all the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the shaped meatloaf onto the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, spread ketchup on top.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze it for up to 2-3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
