  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced For garnish
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  2. Toss the chicken in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, allowing the flavors to meld.
Skewering
  1. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space in between for even cooking.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder, letting it simmer to develop flavors.
Cooking
  1. Cook the skewered chicken over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, brushing with the garlic butter sauce halfway through for a golden finish.

  1. Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a final touch.
