Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant, then let it cool.
Filling
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before mixing in the eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
