Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, add the olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become soft and golden. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected, and lay the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer half of the cheddar cheese over the rolls.
- Drizzle the barbecue sauce evenly over the cheese.
- Arrange the roast beef on top of the sauce.
- Spoon the caramelized onions over the beef.
- Place the remaining cheddar cheese slices on top.
- Cap it off by placing the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything-style seasoning.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the tops turn golden brown.
- Cut the sliders into individual portions and serve warm.

Notes
For added flavor, consider adding Worcestershire sauce along with the barbecue sauce or fresh herbs while cooking the onions. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
