Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach, olives, and feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
