Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
 - Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
 - While they’re baking, make the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
 - Once the meatballs are done, serve them warm alongside the tzatziki.
