  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they are softened and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef, cooking until it’s thoroughly browned and crumbly.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and add the soy sauce.
  5. Continue to cook for about 5–7 minutes, until the cabbage becomes tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
