- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it's golden brown, about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until the aroma fills your kitchen.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts down, vibrant and emerald green.
- Gently fold the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing everything together thoroughly.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pasta and sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese. Stir until fully combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Serve warm, enjoying the delightful mingling of flavors.
