  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary—a little more honey never hurt anyone!
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve in dessert cups, topped with your favorite fruits or a sprinkle of nuts, and enjoy.
