  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F) It helps the yeast thrive.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Wait for 5-10 minutes until it becomes bubbly.
  2. Mix in the melted butter, eggs, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough gently and shape it into 12-15 rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise again for 30-45 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  3. Brush the warm rolls with melted butter before serving.

Notes

Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
