Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Wait for 5-10 minutes until it becomes bubbly.
- Mix in the melted butter, eggs, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough gently and shape it into 12-15 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise again for 30-45 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Brush the warm rolls with melted butter before serving.
