Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Melt together the chocolate chips and butter, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Take a scoop of the peanut butter mix and flatten it in the center of each cup.
- Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top to seal everything in.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set.
Serving
- Enjoy your homemade treats as an after-dinner dessert or packed in lunchboxes.
- Serve alongside fresh fruit or ice cream, or with milk or coffee.
