  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Chunky peanut butter can be used for texture.
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Helps in melting chocolate smoothly.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Melt together the chocolate chips and butter, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  4. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Take a scoop of the peanut butter mix and flatten it in the center of each cup.
  6. Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top to seal everything in.
  7. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set.
Serving
