- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous pat of butter or a drizzle of oil.
- Place one slice of your chosen bread in the skillet.
- Add the cheese on top, allowing it to start melting into the bread.
- Layer the banana slices over the cheese and drizzle honey on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread to form your sandwich.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown and crispy, then flip and continue cooking until the cheese is oozing.
- Remove from heat, cut the sandwich in half, and serve warm.
