- Preheat your grill to medium heat to ensure chicken gets a great char.
- Coat chicken breasts with honey BBQ sauce and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Combine halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss well.
Grilling
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last 10 minutes of grilling, place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet to grill until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Serving
- Serve the grilled chicken with the cheesy, garlicky potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
