Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless preferred
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp salt To taste
  • 1 tsp pepper To taste
For the lime slaw
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro Chopped, optional
For assembly
  • 8 pieces taco shells Corn or flour

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts generously in the honey garlic mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a lovely golden hue.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the lime slaw by combining shredded cabbage, grated carrots, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in another bowl.
Assembly
  1. Once the chicken is finished baking, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Fill the taco shells with the delicious chicken and lime slaw.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
