Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the sprouts are well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving.
