  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Toss salmon cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Spread marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
