- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
 - Toss salmon cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
 
Cooking
- Spread marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
