Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Pour sauce over shrimp and stir to coat.
  3. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
