  • 3 cups Honeycomb Cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup real honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Can substitute with dairy-free butter for a vegan option.
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows Use fresh marshmallows for best results.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the honey and stir until well combined and smooth.
  2. Once combined, add the mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until they melt and the mixture becomes glossy and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the Honeycomb Cereal and salted peanuts until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and press down firmly to pack it together.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

Notes
