- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the honey and stir until well combined and smooth.
- Once combined, add the mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until they melt and the mixture becomes glossy and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the Honeycomb Cereal and salted peanuts until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and press down firmly to pack it together.
- Allow the mixture to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about one week. Can be frozen for up to three months. Let thaw at room temperature or microwave briefly before consumption.
