Preparation

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar. Mix until it reaches a harmonious blend.
  3. Season generously with salt, pepper, and half of the chives, then give it one more mix to incorporate the flavors.
  4. Transfer this luscious mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly for that perfect baking experience.
  5. Sprinkle the top with paprika and the remaining chives.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it bubbles and turns a beautiful golden brown.
