  • 1/2 cup Olives (sliced) Can be swapped with pepperoncini.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled) Can be substituted with mozzarella balls.
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing High-quality olive oil recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, diced bell pepper, sliced olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Drizzle with generous amounts of Italian dressing and toss gently to combine all the ingredients, ensuring each piece is coated in the flavorful dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, taking a moment to sample the mix as you adjust.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the salad to chill and the flavors to meld beautifully.
