Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and diced jalapenos. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in a toaster oven to regain crispiness. Fry before serving if frozen.
