Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and diced jalapenos. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
