  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with lemon pepper seasoning and let them sit for a moment.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, reserving some pasta water before draining.
Cooking
  1. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  2. Toss in the drained spaghetti, mixing well to coat in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water gradually if the sauce is too thick.
Serving
  1. Slice the rested chicken and serve atop the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
