Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the hot oil. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until they're soft and fragrant.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Break it up with your spatula while it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper. Allow it to brown for 7-8 minutes until there's no pink remaining. If there’s excess fat, drain it.
- Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, stirring well to coat the meat mixture.
- Lower the heat and incorporate the softened cream cheese, stirring until it’s melted and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Layer torn pieces of provolone over the beef, then generously top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or even add mushrooms or jalapeños for an extra kick. Pair with a fresh garden salad or steamed broccoli.
