  • 2 large Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless, sliced thinly

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, for searing
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional For spice
  • 8 oz Pasta, such as penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine
  • Fresh Basil, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let the sauce thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything well.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve Marry Me Chicken Pasta warm, garnished with fresh basil.
