Ingredients
  

For the wraps
  • 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts Cooked and sliced
  • 4 pieces pita bread rounds Lightly warmed
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.
For the zesty yogurt sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Base for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Adds tanginess
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • a handful fresh herbs Like parsley or dill for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  2. Lightly warm the pita bread in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  3. Slice the grilled chicken into inviting strips.
Assembly
  1. Lay a pita flat and generously pile the mixed fresh vegetables on top.
  2. Arrange the chicken strips over your colorful bed of veggies.
  3. Drizzle the zesty yogurt sauce across the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Wrap it up tightly, slice it in half, and serve it with a smile.
