- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and a pinch of salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Press your mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan, making sure to press down firmly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the almond base, spreading it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let it set beautifully.
- Once set, take it out, cut into bars, and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
