Preparation
- In a saucepan, gently heat the caramel candies and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each pretzel bite into the warm caramel mixture to coat them generously.
- Place the caramel-coated pretzel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chocolate Coating
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each caramel-coated pretzel bite into the melted chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
Setting and Serving
- Refrigerate the pretzel bites until fully set, about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Serve or package them up for gifting.
