Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Ensure they are boneless and skinless.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Noodles
  • 8 ounces egg noodles Can substitute with other types of pasta if desired.
  • 4 tablespoons butter For flavor and richness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
  1. In the same skillet, add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and return to the skillet.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the noodles and toss until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken sliced on top of the buttery noodles.
  2. Garnish with parsley if desired.
