Pasta and Base Ingredients
  • 8 oz Spaghetti or fettuccine Use either based on preference.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced For maximum flavor.
  • 2 cups Whole milk Preferred for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Essential for flavor.
  • Salt to taste Salt Enhances flavors.
  • Pepper to taste Pepper Enhances flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Toss in your pasta, then pour in the milk and just enough water to cover the pasta.
  3. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and let it simmer. Stir frequently until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is creamy, roughly 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, along with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving for that perfect finishing touch.

Notes
