  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika Regular paprika can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Rub this fragrant mixture all over the boneless chicken thighs, making sure they’re generously coated.
  4. Place the thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to catch any drips.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy, golden skin.
  2. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven.
