  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 0.25 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder optional for added flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing the pan or sautéing vegetables

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8-inch or 9-inch round baking dish with olive oil.
Sautéing (Optional)
  1. Sauté raw vegetables like onions or bell peppers in a skillet with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese, adding any fresh herbs if desired.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and the center is set.
Serving
  1. Allow the frittata to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
