Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Add diced pineapple to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Assembling Tacos
  1. Warm the soft tortillas in a pan or microwave.
