- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into an even layer.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the dough, followed by your choice of toppings.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- With a sharp knife, slice the log into bite-sized pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
