Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and the secret ingredient. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
 - Pour the filling into your prepared pie crust.
 
Baking
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 40 to 50 minutes, checking for doneness by inserting a knife into the center—it’s ready when it comes out clean.
 - Cool the pie completely before serving to allow the filling to set up nicely.
