Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast Can use thawed frozen chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Add more for a creamier taste
For Assembly
  • 8 small tortillas Can substitute with corn or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • optional toppings: avocado, jalapeños, or salsa Get creative with your toppings!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In your slow cooker, combine the chicken breast, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing.
  2. Cook on low for about 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Once done, use two forks to shred the chicken in the cooker and mix it with the sauce.
Assembly
  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spoon the shredded chicken into each tortilla.
  3. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and any optional toppings.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately and enjoy your tacos!
