  • 1 cup homemade Alfredo sauce Homemade is preferred for flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan) Can mix or use your favorite cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the insides and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
Assembly
  1. Once cooled, use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti-like strands.
  2. In a baking dish, mix the squash strands with the homemade Alfredo sauce.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
