Preparation

  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined and fragrant.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  4. Generously rub the garlic herb butter all over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the buttered turkey breast in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. After roasting, let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
