- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined and fragrant.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Generously rub the garlic herb butter all over the turkey breast.
- Place the buttered turkey breast in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- After roasting, let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
