- Warm the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the frozen brown rice and riced cauliflower, mixing occasionally until both are warmed through.
- Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet.
- Add the salmon fillet in the cleared space and cook until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Flake the salmon with a fork and mix it into the rice.
- Form a well in the mixture and scramble the egg right in the skillet.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce, add the chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper. Stir everything for one last minute of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Salmon Fried Rice.
